PET片材挤出设备生产线可加工APET,PETG,CPET原料以及RPET回收料，并分为以下四类：

1、 PET片材单螺杆生产线（结晶干燥）：APETG、PETG、CPET单螺杆挤出生产线是目前国内技术较先进、工艺较成熟、设备较稳定的片材生产线之一，金韦尔采用较新技术，在同等情况下，与传统生产线相比产量提高30%。

2、 PET片材单螺杆排气生产线（结晶免干燥）：金韦尔研制的高品质PET片材机组, 其优点：低能耗、工艺简单、设备使用维护方便等,并且可保证吸塑18cm的深杯。

PET sheet single-screw ventedextrusion line (crystallization and free of drying):The high-quality PET sheet unit developed by Gwell has the advantages of low energy consumption, simple process, convenient usage and maintenance, and can guarantee the absorption of 18cm deep cup.

3、 PET片材双螺杆排气生产线（免结晶干燥）：金韦尔推出的双螺杆免结晶干燥排气型PET片材生产线，其具有低成本、高产量的特点。金韦尔持续升级机组，现改用罗茨-旋片组合，使真空度≤10pa，以及**合金钢薄壁组合，提高制品透明度等。特有的螺杆组合、以及多组喂料装置，较大限度减少了PET的粘度降，提升了片材产能和品质。

PET sheet twin-crew vented extrusion line (free of crystallization and drying):PET sheet extrusion line that Gwell introduced is a twin-screw free of crystallization and drying machine with the characteristics of low cost and high output. Gwell continued to upgrade the unit, and now uses the Roots-rotary vane combination to make the vacuum degree ≤10pa, and the special alloy steel thin wall combination to improve the transparency of the product. The unique screw combination and multiple feeding devices greatly reduce the viscosity drop of PET and increase the sheet productivity and quality.

4、 PET片材行星螺杆排气生产线(免结晶干燥)：行星多螺杆因其结构有较高的混炼及排气性能，增大了物料与空气的接触面积，可满足高产量及品质的客户需求。

PET sheet planetary screw vented production line (free of crystallization drying) : planetary multi-screw has high mixing and exhaust performance due to its structure, which increases the contact area between material and air, and can meet the needs of customers with high output and quality.

采用多台挤出机共挤技术，生产多层共挤复合PET片材，如：APET/PETG、PETG/APET/PETG、APET/RPET/APET等多层复合。应用于吸塑热成型，印刷，五金包装礼品拆合装等。

* 配备精密分配器，分层均匀，各层比例可调，数字化精准控制。

*斜卧式的压片结构，便于操作及维护。

* 辊筒独立动力，线速度与挤出机转速同步控制，采用伺服系统。

* 整机采用西门子PLC控制，实现参数设置、数据运算及反馈、报警等功能的自动化控制。

*金韦尔专业人员进行编写程序，并在可编程控制器编译操控。
